Report on participation in UNDP monthly meeting

Today, Thursday, May 9, the monthly meeting of UNDP was held in Kandahar Hall in Kabul Sattar Hotel. In this meeting, a representative from Ebtekar and Humanitarian Aids Institute, Ms. Fereshte Heravi, head of the institute, Ms. Zarghune Nooran, vice president of the institute, director of human resources, Sudaba Hanif and Safia Shakur from the institute's secretariat participated in this meeting. In this meeting, Hervey Institute hosted Mrs. Hunt and Shafiqullah Mahshid from UNAMA.
On the sidelines of this meeting, a separate meeting was held between Ms. Ferishte Heravi, Zarghune Nooran, Ms. Hunt, Shafiqullah Mahshid and Mr. Gibran, and with Ms. Hunt and Shafiqullah Mahshid, they talked about the greater cooperation between UNAMA and UNDP in solving the problems faced by women. In Afghanistan, the issue of finding an alternative for girls who missed education was discussed so that UNAMA and UNDP could cooperate with each other in these areas.
In the public meeting in Kandahar hall, two presentations were given by Mr. Rasouli and Mrs. Asila Rasool. Mr. Rasouli's presentation was about how to write a proposal and how to treat employees inside an office. And still, the second presentation by Mrs. Asila Rasool was related to sexual abuse of employees and beneficiaries of projects.
Ms. Asileh Rasool also pointed out that institutions are obliged to inform their employees about the presentation of sexual harassment. Also, Mr. Mudassar, responsible for Glosterplan explained Yunma for Enjos and Ciscos.
