Herawie Initiative and Relief Organization (HIRO) was formerly known as CYCLE NGO that was founded in 2018. CYCLE was renamed as Herawie Initiative and Relief Organization (HIRO) in 2022 after renewing its license on 09 October 2022. HIRO was involved in developing civil activities and women capacity building. According to the organization's resources, HIRO was trying to help adolescents, particularly women, in order to become self-sufficient in the fields of politics, economics, law, and private enterprise.
As per the activities requirement, CYCLE institute in February 2020 conducted several trainings of awareness regarding COVID-19 that was spread throughout the entire planet, causing that catastrophe and reaching Afghanistan too. The Afghan population was also affected and everyone was placed in quarantine. HIRO made an attempt to serve the needs of our underserved community. As a result, HIRO started various internet campaigns to stop the Corona virus from spreading, and occasionally, HIRO used the money to help the underprivileged residents of Kabul by giving them hygienic supplies.
