Frishta Herawie

Founder & Director
Described by the Herat-e-bastan Social and Cultural Council an active women encourager and developer, she started working to bring changes on every services for women since 2011. She has been the president of women community in HBSCC for 5 years.

Herawie Initiative and Relief Organization (HIRO) was formerly known as CYCLE NGO that was founded in 2018. CYCLE was renamed as Herawie Initiative and Relief Organization (HIRO) in 2022 after renewing its license on 09 October 2022.
