Ms. Frishta Herawie has a Master of Public Administration, and has been the president of the women’s community in HBSCC for five years. She is an active women encourager and developer.

As a founder and Director of HIRO, she wants to encourage Afghan women to develop and help them achieve greatness in their lives on their own.

Ms. Herawie has been appreciated inside and outside of Afghanistan, such as in Egypt and Sri Lanka, for her efforts and goals as an active member and developer in women’s sections.

Ayil Foundation has awarded her as an active women encourager, and she has helped women to obtain internships and jobs and taught them general knowledge, cultural and women’s rights in Afghanistan.
